In 1996, Bernard Dauré persuaded his friends, Jean Pierre Cayard and Claude Florensa to embark on a crazy idea, to join him in creating a wine estate at Apalta in Chile. The girls “Las Niñas” from the three families soon fell in love with the land, in the Colchagua Valley.    The winery is 100% organic and the aim is to preserve the environment and develop friendly wines reflecting its origin and the special characteristics of the Terruño de Apalta.
